Generalist
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work together with management to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective policies, programs, and practices.
- Consult regularly with management and provide HR policy guidance when appropriate.
- Interpret human resources policy to company management.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, and job performance.
- Identify training needs and create a professional development curriculum.
- Interpret human resources policy to company management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management and federal and state employment laws.
- Needs to have excellent writing skills.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
